IBEX Construction Group Pty Ltd delivers construction, engineering rectification and asset maintenance across Sydney, the Macarthur region and the Blue Mountains. Our people have experience across the whole industry, and we manage every trade under one contractor so a project does not fragment across a chain of subcontractors nobody controls.

Scope and assess
We attend, assess the work and document the scope in writing. On insurance work that means scoping to the policy; on government work it means a scope that survives audit. Nothing starts on a verbal.

Plan and price
A program and a price are built against that scope, with a health and safety management plan produced for the project. Staging, access and site interface are agreed before anyone mobilises.

Build
Our own teams and long-standing subcontractors deliver the work under one program and one contractor. Key staff stay on the project through to completion rather than rotating off it.

Audit and hand over
Sites are audited against the safety and quality systems as the work runs, not after. Handover comes with the documentation the client, the insurer or the agency actually needs to close the job.

A safety record is built on ordinary days, not on policies.
We produce a health and safety management plan for every project and run a program of safety audits across all sites. We employ local suppliers and local staff wherever we can, and training is treated as continuous rather than a compliance box.

- Building and structural works
- Principal construction, structural carpentry and formwork, structural steel, roofing, glazing and passive fire protection.
- Interior refurbishment
- Bathroom and kitchen construction, waterproofing and fitout, internal and external coatings, and building hardware and access control.
- Building services
- Power, lighting, distribution and compliance testing, plus water, waste, drainage, gas and fixture installation.
- External and civil works
- Strip out, structural demolition and bulk earthworks, and boundary, security and temporary site fencing.
- Property and grounds maintenance
- Planned and reactive repairs across a property portfolio, soft and hard landscaping, and tree work and site clearing.
- Hazardous-material remediation
- Asbestos identification, controlled removal and clearance under the certified safety system.
