IBEX works for property owners, managers, developers and head contractors on fitout, refurbishment, engineering rectification and planned or reactive maintenance. Scope is defined before work starts, the program is real, and the site is handed back clean.
Maintenance is delivered as an ongoing service rather than a series of one-off callouts, so a portfolio has a contractor who already knows the buildings.
