Work covers new homes, second storey additions and extensions, full renovations, granny flats and secondary dwellings, and kitchen and bathroom work. Everything is delivered with a written scope so there is no argument later about what was included.
Because the company is structured around compliance work, the documentation a private client receives is stronger than the market norm: real plans, real inspections, real handover.

Our certifications cover the construction of residential and low rise buildings. Work outside that scope runs under the same systems and the same contractor licence, and we will tell you plainly which is which.
