Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, particularly our licence and certification details. We cannot guarantee that every statement is free of error or completely up to date at the moment you read it. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with us directly.
Certifications and licensing
Our management system certifications are issued by Sustainable Certification Pty Ltd under JAS-ANZ accreditation, for the construction of residential and low rise buildings. Certification is valid subject to successful completion of surveillance audits and may be verified independently at the certification body and on the JAS-ANZ register. We hold NSW contractor licence 341920C.
Imagery
Some photography on this site is representative rather than a photograph of a specific IBEX project. Where an image shows a named project, it is identified as such. We do not present another contractor’s work as our own.
Intellectual property
The IBEX name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to IBEX Construction Group Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy the site or its content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation, such as a certification register or a government body, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
