Who we are

What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into our enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, and optionally your company or agency and the site location, together with the description of the work you send us.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party social pixels on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. We call every enquiry back on the number provided to talk the work through before quoting, which is why a phone number is required.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our own mailbox through an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Where a project requires it, we may share relevant details with a subcontractor, supplier, insurer or agency involved in that project, and only to the extent needed to do the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for as long afterwards as we need them for our business records and legal obligations. If you would like an enquiry deleted, ask us and we will do it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, but we do not store enquiry data on this website and we keep access to our mailbox restricted.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at info@ibexconstruction.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to fix it. If you are still unhappy, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page.
